AFRO PERU
AFRO PERU is an on-going portrait series that highlights Afro-Peruvian identities. This project began in 2017 when I travelled to Peru with my mother. While there I felt compelled to capture the beauty of my relatives. To hopefully find the history that had been deprived from my Canadian upbringing.
