The Death News

In February 2021, The Death News was commissioned by the Seeding the Future project. This initiative was developed in collaboration with Obsidian Theatre Company, CBC Arts, York University, and Brock University. Signy Lynch, my mentor on this project, gave me invaluable guidance when it came to writing this short, poetic, critical response to Amanda Parris’ Canadian Screen Award winning monodrama, The Death News.
